What is required to take this course?

  • A major debit or credit card for the registration fee.
  • A valid, accessible email address to verify your account.
  • Your case number if this course was assigned by the court.
  • PDF reader capability to view and download your certificate of completion.
  • A PC running Windows 10 or greater, or Mac OS X+ with a minimum of 4GB RAM, and the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari browsers.

Am I required to take this course?

If you were assigned this course by the court, you will need to reach out to them regarding requirements. 

Does my spouse have to take this course too?

The decision is up to the court, but typically both parties are assigned the course and must pay their individual fees separately.

Closed captions are not displaying properly on my phone.

Please use a desktop or laptop computer running the latest web browser to view closed captioning properly.

How do I reprint my certificate?

You should have already received a copy of your certificate in your email upon completion of the course. However if you need to download and print it again, go to the learning portal, move the mouse over your name in the top menu bar and select "My certificates" from the drop down. You should be able to download and print your certificate.

How do I view my personal information after I registered?

You can view your personal information from inside the learning portal by moving your mouse over your name and selecting "My info".


To change your personal information, click the "Submit a Request" button at the bottom of this page. On the following form select "Change name or info" from the type of issue dropdown and enter the details of your request.
